These prospects made an impression on everybody at the Romeoville shootout, and also attracted a ton of college coaches. These are the 5 stock risers from the shootout!

Cale Cosme (Brother Rice - 2024)

Cosme picked up an offer from D2 Lewis University yesterday after a stellar day showcasing his talent. The lead guard plays with an unbelievable motor which helps him get downhill for scoop layups or to kick to his shooters. He shoots it from deep, just inside half court, and knows how to get under people defensively. Cale scored 14 points in a win over Carmel Catholic. More D2's should come sniffing around!

Carson Brownfield (Homewood Flossmoor - 2024)

The lefty combo guard should attract high level D2's or low D1's with his natural feel for scoring the basketball. His strong frame helps him get to the basket and finish or stop and hit the pull up jumper. He posts up smaller defenders and takes bigger defenders off the dribble. He's a matchup nightmare for a team. Carson scored 21 points in loss to Kenwood!

Jayden Webster (Guilford - 2024)

Webster really impressed me against York with his ability to score from anywhere on the court, especially from 3. Since York was in a zone he found the open spots on the floor and knocked down 3s. In transition, he got to the basket and made difficult layups. Jayden scored 20 in loss to York!

Philip Erickson (St Ignatius - 2024)

Erickson hopped on everyone's radar with his 9 three pointers performance, leading him to 31 points in a win over Hillcrest. Philip proved he was one of the better shooters in the state, either off the catch or off the dribble. Good size and length as a combo guard, small colleges will get a steal!

Achilles Anderson (Marist - 2025)

Anderson is a 6'5 forward that has great touch around the basket. He does a great job using his body to be in position to score the basketball and to get rebounds. Plays well in the pick and roll, setting good picks and ceiling his defender for an easy basket. Achilles has great footwork as well and his stock will continue to rise!
