It was another successful weekend at Riverside Brookfield for the best live period shootout in the state. There was a ton of talent in the building. We got to see prospects with their new teams for the first time, and we're not disappointed. Here are the prospects we were impressed with throughout the entire weekend.

Bloom
Elijah Lovemore (2025 - PG) - Lovemore is turning into one of the better playmakers in the state with his great decision making and vision. Scoring wise, he can do it at all 3 levels, and has the athleticism to finish above the rim. Impacts winning basketball, as he lead his team to a 4-0 weekend.
Santana Flowers (2024 - SF) - The athleticism that Flowers has, immediately sticks out when you watch him play. He makes some unbelievable plays on both ends of the floor that others can't. He's a constant rim threat and is showing improvement with the outside shot.
Jaden Clark (2024 - SG) - Clark has a nice in and out game as he is a knockdown shooter for the Trojans, as well as standing at 6'5 he can mix it up inside.
Joliet West
Rajan Roberts (2026 - PG) - Pure scorer that has a tight handle and shiftiness to his game. Has such a feathery jumper that looks in everything he shoots the ball, and over the weekend he showed he can make plays for others by hitting his open teammates in the right spots.
Drew King (2024 - C) - One of the top defensive bigs in the area with his length that leads to block shots and his a terrific rebounder. Has nice touch around the rim and is a good rim runner.
Justus McNair (2024 - SG) - The Valparaiso commit attacked the rim with force over the weekend. Plays above the rim, especially in transition, and hits some tough shots in the half court.
DePaul Prep
Jaylan McElroy (2024 - PF) - McElroy is on divison 1 coaches radar because of his athleticism in the open floor, powerful finishes at the rim, and how he attacks the glass. Offers will start to pour.
Rob Walls (2025 - PG) - Walls plays the game with a lot of passion, which makes him one of the best two way guards in the state. The tenacious defense, difficult shotmaking, and little things, is what attracts coaches.
Makai Kvamme (2025 - PG) - The smooth lead guard blew up over the spring with All In, and is continuing his stellar play with the Rams. Good change of pace which helps him get to the basket and finish and is a terrific playmaker with his great vision.
Downers Grove North
Jack Stanton (2024 - SG) - Everybody knows Stanton as a knockdown 3 point shooter and a winner, and that's exactly what he did over the weekend. Sees the floor very well finding open teammates and shots within the arc for himself. One of the top players in the state left on the board.
Jake Riemer (2024 - PF) - Riemer owned the paint in every game. Rebounding, shot blocking, and finishes. He even stepped out and hit a 3. Runs the floor well and passes well out of the post.
Owen Thulin (2024 - PG) - Tough competitor, controls the game for DGN. Hits open shots and is an aggressive defender.
Simeon
Dekwon Brown (2024 - PG) - Brown is the complete point guard that will finish his high school years at Simeon. He's a good shooter both off the catch and off the dribble and a good playmaker, often getting into the lane and kicking to shooters. Offers are starting to role in.
Rashad McKinney (2024 - SG) - McKinney is one of the better defensive guards in the state while having a smooth lefty scoring feel on the offensive end. Great leader for this new look Simeon team, leads vocally and by his play.
Ameer Morrow (2024 - PF) - Morrow plays with a lot of energy on both ends of the floor. Starting with defense, he blocks shots and rebounds, and on offense he runs the floor and finishes over the rim. He has tremendous athleticism and is super bouncy at the rim.
Whitney Young
Antonio Munoz (2025 - SF) - Munoz is the player to see in Chicago this year with his bounce in transition, throwing down tough dunks. Starting to see him hit the glass more on both ends of the floor, which on the offensive end he gets put backs.
Marquis Clark (2026 - PG) - One of the better 2026 prospects with his difficult shot making. The talented guard is so good in the midrange area with his pull up jumper, and can also do it from three.
Howard Williams (2027 - SF) - The 2027 class has been impressive this summer, particularly thanks to Williams. The strong forward is an animal on the glass, has good touch around the basket, and knocks in threes at a high rate. One to watch!
