*These are the standouts I saw from THE GAMEI SAW”
Mekhi Cooper (Bolingbrook)
Cooper was outstanding in the win against Rich Township. He is an elite 3-level scorer, best from 3, which he had several of. I expect his offers to come in soon.
Donovan Younger (Bolingbrook)
Younger has a lot of upside. Listed at 6’9, is a good rim runner, offensively catching and finishing through contact, and defensively blocking several shots.
Jakeem Cole (Rich Township)
Cole is the new transfer, but looks to fit in really well. 3’s and baseline drives got him his baskets, smooth combo guard scorer for Rich Township.
Ray Austin (Rich Township)
Austin stood out all day. His ability to score on all 3 levels is great for Rich Township. Had some high scoring games today, his stock will go up.
Quentin Jones (Marian Catholic)
Jones is a two way player with a lot of potential. Excels in the midrange area along with finishing above the rim with his athletic ability. Has broke out recently and will continue to with team FVV this summer.
Cameron Christie (Rolling Meadows)
Christie exploded today at the RB shootout. Had 33 points in a win over Bloom. Does a lot of his work in the midrange and 3 area. Already holds major offers and will continue to get more.
Jordan Brown (Bloom)
Brown has it all. Knocks down the 3, gets to the basket, and plays elite defense. He had 16 points in the game against Rolling Meadows, look out for a breakout senior year.
Deandre Craig (Mount Carmel)
Craig dominates the game more than one way. He shoots the 3, gets to the basket, makes plays, and defends at a high level. He plays with a high motor and has a nice feel for a game. Has a couple offers, more should start coming in soon.
