*These are from the games I saw*
Ryan Duncan (Fundamental U - 2023)
Duncan lit it up from 3 against Full Package on Saturday. Including a big step back 3 to end the half. Did it off the catch and off the dribble.
CJ Valente (M14 - 2024)
Valente at 6’4 was able to get his shot off pretty easily. Whenever it seemed like the other team pulled away, Valente just sticked in a 3. Good form and moves well off the ball.
Alex Keizer (Et21 Buckeyes - 2024)
Keizer was one of the best shooters I’ve seen this summer. Got to his spots and quickly released his shot. Not just catch and shoot, when players close out hard, he takes a couple dribbles and makes a midrange shot.
Jake Fiegen (Full Package - 2023)
Everybody knows when Jake Fiegen is on the floor he needs to be guarded tight. Whenever he sees an inch of daylight, you might as well get the ball out of the net. Runs of screens and catch and shoot off dribble drives.
Caleb Newman (Illinois Jaguars - 2023)
Newman can do a lot more than just catch and shoot 3s. Off the dribble is where he’s best, has a nice handle, and is shifty, often catching defenders moving back, where he can rise and shoot his 3.
