Illinois Storm AAU Team Preivew!

Illinois Storm is one of the many AAU programs on the rise in the Chicagoland area. They will be competing this year on the Prep Hoops Circut in the Grit Region! They have 3 squads we will be focusing on, and they are the 2024 team and the 2025 blue and black teams. Let's get into it.

2024 Roster:

Prospects to Note:

Quinn Krueger (Plainfield Central) - A 6'1 guard who can shoot it from deep and dish out passes to his teammates.

Avery Rogoz (Plainfield Central) - This 6'3 wing is somebody I've been impressed with for a while now, athletic finisher and rebounder.

2025 Roster(s):

Prospects to Note:

Brilan Townsend (Joliet West) - The 6'0 guard put up some big numbers on the sophomore level, including a 31 point, 6 steals, 4 assists, and 4 rebound performance. He led his team to a 20-6 record.

Darius Hudson (Bolingbrook) - The 6'0 guard plays feisty defense leading to layups at the other end for himself and teammates. Can knock down the 3 and had a 21 point game against Stagg at the sophomore level.

Hamzah Shouman (Universal) - Got the call up to varisty this year as a sophomore. The 5'11 guard can be an eletric scorer, having a 40 point game this season, along with taking 10+ charges this season.

Prospects to Note:

Makai Mandley (Fenwick) - The combo guard from Fenwick brings deep consistent shooting and playmaking to the Storm.

Elijah Callier (Bolingbrook)
