Mt. Carmel has too many offensive weapons for a defense:

An offense is always on point when you have a quarterback like Blainey Dowling. Dowling was 15-27 for 158 yards and 3 touchdowns Saturday afternoon, along with a rushing touchdown. He's a much needed leader for this talented team. However, what makes the caravan so dominant are the backs and receiver crew. In the backfield, they have Darrion Dupree (81 rush yards) and Alonzo Manning (rush td). There's a lot of pressure taken off by Dowling when he knows he can rely on these 2 to gain a whole ton of yards when needed. The receiver crew includes: Denny Furlong, Darrion Gilliam, Jimmy Deacy, Danyil Taylor (TE), and a mix of Jaden Bossie and Damarion Arrington. All those guys had multiple touches throughout the game. It's not every day you see an offense this talented, that consistently contributes every game, you have to tip your hat off to this team.

Loyola's rushing game is intriguing:

Loyola's offense was still good in the air, but most damage was on the ground. Will Nimesheim is their running back who ran for 2 touchdowns Saturday, but he's not the only rushing threat for the ramblers. QB Jake Stearney showed confidence running the football as well, ran for a 24 yard touchdown, and had multiple designed runs for solid gains. WR Quinn Foley ran for a 12 yard touchdown as well. This is mainly because of the great offensive line for the ramblers. Most are all D1 talents, who already have offers.

The caravan's defense flipped the switch in the second half:

The score at halftime was Loyola 24 Mt. Carmel 14. Then once the third quarter started and they started to get stops, most importantly a takeaway. 2023 DL Bobby Medina got to the quarterback and forced a fumble, which was picked up by 2024 LB Parker Startz. This defense is really talented, including multiple scholarship level players. Asher Tomaszewski, Laquan Battle, Tavon Rice, Daniel Banks, Damarion Arrington, Danny Novickas, Jermaine Hampton, Noah Smith, Charles Miles, John Brown, Jaden Bossie and Nolan O'Brien all are major contributions to this defense. They have impressed all season long holding teams to zero points some games.
